Fill in the "PICKUP REQUEST" form. We need to know the your address & the sample locations.

Then "√" the box "Legionella" in the Analysis Required column.

When you receive the testing pack, the envelope will contain sterile bottle(s) plus a pick-up request form and also the "return to lab" courier bag.

You fill up the bottle(s) from 4 separate hot water outlets such as showers, kitchen, bedroom or bathroom taps.

Fax the "PICKUP REQUEST" form back to us - the number is printed on the form.

Place the full sample bottle(s) and the "PICKUP REQUEST" form in the courier bag and seal it.

JOB DONE !!

We arrange and pay for the courier pickup - your sample goes straight to our laboratory.  We get the final result after almost 2 weeks incubation.  Your Certificate is then sent out to you.
